SATUCI Fees Fees for treatment counseling services are based on a sliding fee scale, which considers a client's income in determining the cost for treatment services at SATUCI. The agency accepts Medicaid reimbursement and many health insurance policies cover our treatment services. To ensure that benefits are available, clients should contact their health insurance carrier, prior to their first appointment at SATUCI, to set up pre-authorization. Fees for OWI evaluations, mandated by Iowa's law, are set for all clients at $115.00 if the incident occurred in the State of Iowa. If the incident occurred outside the State of Iowa, the OWI evaluation cost is $145.00. Fees for all other services are based on a sliding scale. Problems?
